Registering at a GP Surgery needs to be completed before you’re able to visit a Doctor at a practice.

It is advisable to register with a GP Surgery as soon as you’ve found a place to live as it will ensure that if you do fall ill you will be able to book an appointment to see a Doctor straight away.
