The client are required to deliver a range of additional works and manage the clients pipeline and expectations of works for the 2018/19 financial year. An Administrator is required to join the additional works team on an interim 3 month period with the possibility of moving to permanent. The ideal candidate will have helpdesk operator experience, have used CAFM systems previously and be competent with Excel. The main areas of responsibility will be:
General administration duties
Administration of CAFM system ¿ ideally with experience of Concept
Upload of documentation and administering filing system
Collating information for QS and Project Manager for use in financial applications
Issue of works tasks and instructions to internal and external teams
Closing tasks and instructions
Updating works status
Purchase card administration
Ordering materials and confirming delivery
Point of contact for client and internal team on all related queries
Chasing internals team, engineers and sub-contractors for updates
Monitoring and updating of trackers
Collating works completion certificates from the team
