Trainee Recruitment Consultant Permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fun and sociable office in Spitalfields, London.

We have a combined experience in Education Recruitment of over 40 years and have assisted, supported and placed thousands of Teachers and Support Staff in Schools, Nurseries and Colleges across London and Essex.

This role best suits a proactive individual who is looking to start their career in recruitment. Full training will be provided so recruitment experience is not necessary but always welcomed.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will start your training with;

* Resourcing candidates via numerous CV platforms, job adverts and referrals.
* Interviewing potential candidates.
* Matching candidates with suitable short and long term roles.
* Liaising with schools regarding upcoming roles.

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

* Excellent telephone manner and a natural communicator.
* Self motivated and a team player who can work well in a results driven business.
* Keen to learn role and ask plenty of questions.
* Positive mental attitude with a personable nature.

There is opportunity to progress and run your own desk, becoming a 360 recruitment consultant on an attractive commission structure.

The starting salary is £23,000 – £27,000 depending on previous experience. The hours are 8:30 – 17:30 Monday-Friday and 9:00 – 16:00 during school half terms.

We are a relatively small team who all work hard and get along well so we are seeking someone to fit nicely into our team to maintain the great office vibe.
