What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Supporting the current PA whilst she is away on holiday
Key duties:
* Calendar support
* Any ad-hoc help to the MD
* Office administration
* Refilling the fridge
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Setting up meetings rooms
* Making tea & coffees for guests
What makes this position great? This role is a temporary role for 2 weeks and perfect for someone who wants to add to their experience in a lovely welcoming company.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience: Experienced Administrator, Office Manager or Junior PA
Qualifications: NA
Availability:
* Dates: Wednesday 27th September until Tuesday 10th October.
* 9am – 5:30pm each day
* 5 days in the office
