What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Senior Members

Key duties:

* Diary management
* International travel bookings, travel logistics and visas
* Financial processes incl. expenses and invoices
* General IT processes & support
* Ad hoc admin responsibilities

What makes this position great? This role is varied, fast paced and dynamic. Needing someone with a great attention to detail.

What is the company looking for?

* You must be a Immediately Available or on a 1-2 week notice period, this is a Temp EA role
* Have EA experience in Legal, or Legal within Financial Services, ideally within Private Equity
* Have strong minute taking experience, experience preparing board papers and a great attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* MS Office Proficient

Qualifications: Degree Preferred

Availability: Immediate/Short Notice
