What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Team PA support to Directors
Key duties:
* Diary
* Scheduling
* Liaising with stakeholders
* Managing schedules and arranging interviews
* Inbox management
* Travel
* Administration
* Gatekeeping
What makes this position great? The role will be to start ASAP and be ongoing until they find someone on a permanent basis. There is some hybrid working, to be confirmed. There will be huge autonomy in this role and be a fantastic opportunity to go in and really be able to step up and have a long term career.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience: Team Administration or Team PA experience, ideally in the professional services, Exec Search or financy industry.
Qualifications: A degree is preferable but not essential.
Availability: You MUST be available immediately as this is to start as soon as possible.
