Location: Central London

Salary: Up to 40k (DOE)

Hybrid: 4 days in/1 from home

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Head EA

Key duties:

* Project management
* Data entry
* Maintain filing systems and general tidiness of the office
* Supporting the wider team with administration (errand running, making reservations and booking appointments for the principal, personal shopping, correspondence etc.)
* Travel bookings
* Organise office Christmas party and summer away day
* Updating inventory, liaising with storage company, preparing reports
* Organising packaging/wrapping for family items
* Overseeing logistics relating to repairs and maintenance (properties and items)
* Online research for interiors projects
* Providing absence cover for team members

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: 3 years PA or Office Management experience

Qualifications: University degree preferable

Availability: Immediate
