Team Assistant Permanent

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Front of House / Team Assistant for a highly reputable investment firm based in the city. This role will be based five days a week in the office, they offer great company benefits and have a fantastic family-feel, team orientated culture.

Position: Front of House / Team Assistant – supporting 6 teams alongside 2 other Team Assistants

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience)

Hybrid set up: Five days a week based in the office

Key responsibilities for this insert x position:

* Supporting front of house in the mornings with meeting rooms, greeting guests etc.
* Diary management and admin support to Investment Team
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* General office administration

What background and experience are the company looking for?

* Strong team player with excellent organisational skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
* Experience and strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint), as well as SharePoint
