Position: Team Assistant supporting 3 Heads and their busy teams
Salary: £30000 – £40000
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office
Benefits: Amazing benefits including bonus

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant:
* Extensive diary management across multiple zones, arranging meetings, building relationships with clients
* Multi stop travel arrangements, expenses and creating PowerPoint presentations
* Event management and project work too!
What background and experience are the company looking for?
* At least 2 years within a Team Assistant role within financial services
* Experience supporting a team and being able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
* Committed to working 5 days in the office
