The role

Senior Residential Quantity Surveyor to manage our residential department – currently 3 housing sites, with one Assistant Quantity Surveyor reporting to them.

The candidate

A sound knowledge of construction technology and be commercially aware is advantageous.

Previous experience of working in the residential sector is essential.

This is a key role within our organisation with excellent prospects for the right candidate.

Salary

Up to £50,000 per annum

Plus company car / car allowance

Plus fuel card
