Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide full commercial and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensuring contractual and commercial opportunities are identified and risks managed.

Working with the Operational team ensuring the correct administration of the contract and all responsibilities are met.

You

Have experience of managing high value projects in the Civils sector.

Experienced of administering either JCT/ NEC and Bespoke contracts

A self-starter ambitious to progress, grow and develop within an expanding business

Qualifications

Degree qualified or equivalent

Professional Membership RICS or equivalent
