Are you a Senior Project Manager with high end or residential regeneration project experience especially in PRS?

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with PRS sector experience to join a really interesting, young and vibrant property consulting firm. The leaders running this consultancy have come from big corporate players and between them have decades of serious experience in the residential markets and are extremely well connected.

The PRS sector is still a massive growth area in the construction and property industry. and this consultancy are market leaders in this area and extremly busy capitalising on this sector as it continues to prove very lucrative!

Aside from an exciting and growing sector, you will be joining a firm that encourage talented and enthusiastic individuals to have a real impact! You will be able to hit the ground running and be part of a smaller team in a vibrant property consulting firm.

The right person for this role will also have the following experience:

* Multi stake-holder client liaison, with the ability to act as the hub between client and specialist teams.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
* Ability to take project through on time and to budget, ideally with a good few years experience in PRS and more and other residential sectors, student accommodation, social housing, high end resi or super prime resi.
* You will be degree qualified in Construction Management or a relevant discipline and ideally MRICS though not necessarily essential for the right person.
