A leading hotel group that specialises in luxury hospitality are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee all their portfolio. You will be working on substantial high calibre hotel projects including refurbishments and beautiful bespoke hotel developments.

They have hotels across Northern Europe as well as here in London and Edinburgh therefore some travel will be necessary but to warmer climates! This role requires an individual that has worked in either the hotel sector or in the super prime residential sector. All projects are uber luxurious with attention needed to every detail.

Key Experience and Knowledge

* A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
* Experience of managing commissions for medium to large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
* Excellent knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes and value management
* People management experience, particularly in the context of managing a team delivering a project.
* 7-10 years’ experience is desirable
* Experience within the hotel sector is a must.
* Experience within the luxury residential sector would be an asset

Education and Qualifications

* Ideally a graduate degree in a relevant discipline for construction project management
* Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields i.e. construction, project management, surveying
