What would I be doing day to day?
Position: Rewards and Compensation Specialist
This role is fully remote
Who will I be reporting into: Global HR Director
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to design and operate a reward and bonus incentive program
* Design a compensation and bonus tracking process
* Drive process to improve activities
* Work closely with the HR Director on global compensation analysis projects
* Develop metrics to analyse programmes trends

Background and experience
* Experience designing and delivering bonus and reward programs
* At least 5 years’ experience in finance, compensation, or consulting
* Strong project management skills
