What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Hybrid working model based in their London office
Salary: £30,000 – 35,000
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
* Qualify hiring needs with HR Business Partners and Head of HR; collating appropriate documentation, descriptions and job adverts on ATS system (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter and internally on our communication channel.
* Updating recruitment tracker including the candidate name list
* Diary management and scheduling of interviews.
* Screening applicant CVs.
* Conducting screening calls with candidates.
* Headhunt prospective candidates.
* Providing feedback to candidates on their applications/interviews.
* Liaise with agencies.
* Reference checking and offer management
* Support on other HR and recruitment requirements as necessary
What is the company looking for?
* 2 years’ experience within a recruitment or HR role
* Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
* MS Office skills (Intermediate Excel desirable)
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn
