What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I reporting to: Corporate Receptionist

Key duties:

* Meet and greet all clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Managing a busy switchboard
* Calendar management
* Assisting with events and working on projects
* Providing support to Facilities
* General administrative support

What is the company looking for?

* Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in professional or corporate environment
* IT Literate – Microsoft Office, Zoom
* Excellent communication skills.
* An attention to detail, strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
* Great time management skills.

This is a temp to perm opportunity and so there is plenty of opportunity and room to grow, plus work with a well known business and friendly team.
