What would I be doing day to day?

You’re responsibilities will include

* Covering Reception
* Welcoming Guests
* Supporting with booking rooms
* Organising refreshments
* Supporting the team with general administration duties

What makes this position great? This is a really varied role, you’ll be covering the reception desk but also have administration duties included within the position, you can get involved in lots of different things, and build great relationships across the business.

What is the company looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of three years’ experience working within Receptionist and Administration roles, ideally within financial services. You must be well presented, organised and have an engaging and friendly personality.
