What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: On a daily basis this role will see you supporting the Operations Team with all Front of House and Office Coordination responsibilities.
* Front of house cover and being the first point of contact for all daily operational issues
* Responsible for office facilities and logistics
* Responsible for Health & Safety and first aid training.
* Working with the Operations Team to assist with all event logistics and planning
* Managing all meeting rooms including meeting preparation
* Liaising with all suppliers and vendors

Background and experience:
For this role it is essential that you have 2 years + solid Reception of Office Coordination experience, ideally within professional services or financial services.
