Quantity Surveyor Role -Build – Site based Role

The client

This client carries out building, development and maintenance work throughout the country.

They have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyors for their North West office. This is a site based role based in Chester.

The project is a care home. A large contractor who turn over £200 million.

The Project / Site

Care Home Project – £16m value, D&B JCT – Location based in Chester

Candidates will have the following skills / experience:

Capability to run their own contracts as a site based QS

Proven track record in delivering at least 1-2 schemes at QS level ranging £1-10m

Construction Degree Educated (ideally a QS degree)

Experience in Design & Build Contracts

Capable in all areas; Procurement, Contract Practice, Negotiation, Project Reporting, Measurement & Valuation etc.

Have a strong client focus and professional approach

Willing to travel within the North West area.

In return the package for the right candidate:

£40-£50k range, dependent upon experience

Company car / Car allowance
