This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly developing company named in the Building Magazine top 150 consultancy list for two years running! Established in 1998, this consultancy is a friendly, private construction consultancy based in London, Bristol and North West Kent. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and get involved in some high profile projects.

You will be working on some complex development projects across residential, hotel and leisure sectors. This role will require you to advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, lead and overlook all parameters of the establishment and facilitate the overall multi-discipline professional project team.

Qualifications and Experience

* Graduate degree in relevant discipline for construction project management
* Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following field’s i.e. construction, project management, surveying
* Knowledge and understanding of services on building projects involving new build and refurbishment
* Experience in project management, specifically in team management and successful project completion
* Those who are from an engineering background looking to move into a Project Manager role are also welcomed
