We have an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to Senior Project Manager level to develop their skills, engage with larger projects and gain experience and help manage a small team in a fantastic London location.

Our client is an independent project management and cost consultancy who are experts across multiple sectors in the construction industry. Priding themselves in high-end projects, working within this consultancy you will have the opportunity to progress as part of a growing division of the business, where you can really make an impact!

You, Project Manager will share the company’s values of commitment to providing an exceptional professional service for their clients, whilst working to understand the developer’s best interests when liaising with people involved at all levels. The candidate should ideally have experience working for a professional consultancy in commercial or large-scale fit-out projects. A client/consultancy background with approximately 3 years post qualification experience would be favourably looked upon.

Responsibilities as an experienced Project Manager:

* Advising clients
* Managing multiple stakeholders
* Developing and monitoring a Project Management team.
* Writing technical reports and contract administration.
* Preparing scheme designs with costings, programmes for completion of projects and specification of works.
* Monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed in time.

Requirements for the skilled Project Manager:

* 3 or more years of post-qualification experience.
* Strong specification writing and contract administration skills.
* Background in either mixed-use or residential sectors.
* Experience with projects from £2 million.
