Residential – Construction Project Manager – Salary Circa £68,000

Residential Project Manager required for a family run development company. Due to continued growth, my client is seeking to add a senior member of staff to their team. They provide new build residential projects across North West London.

My client provides the full project from start to finish and are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an exciting new project of high end apartments in Ruislip.

This is an urgent requirement due to the commencement of the scheme, of which you will be involved to work alongside the other site staff and oversee the projects through to completion.

The successful candidate must have a stable background, working on projects through to completion

Duties which will include, but are not limited to:

* Site set up through to completion;
* Producing construction programmes;
* Day to day management of all site staff;
* Client liaison;
* Professional team liaison;
* RAMS;
* Quality inspections;
* Cost/Budget control;
* Reporting progress to Directors.

You must be a motivated, proactive and organised Project Manager who has the capabilities to lead a job from concept to completion with solid knowledge and understanding of the development and new construction business from both technical and project management, along with current Health and Safety and building regulations.

The successful candidate must be able to take on responsibility, work to deadlines, work in a team and manage projects overseen by the Director.
