Project Quantity Surveyor Role – Build Contractor – Site based role in Crewe

The Company

A large, well established building contractor have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor.

This Quantity Surveyor is required for a care home project in Crewe.

This is a large building contractor who turnover an excess of £210 million.

The Project

Care Home Project – £10m in value, D&B – Location Crewe

Candidates will have the following skills / experience:

Capability to run their own contracts as a site based QS

Proven track record in delivering at least 1-2 schemes at QS level ranging £1-10m

Construction Degree Educated (ideally a QS degree)

Experience in Design & Build Contracts

Capable in all areas; Procurement, Contract Practice, Negotiation, Project Reporting, Measurement & Valuation etc.

Have a strong client focus and professional approach

Willing to travel within the North West area.

In return the package for the right candidate:

£40-£50k range, dependent upon experience

Company car / Car allowance

Company Bonus
