Primary School HLTA Permanent

Destination Education are currently seeking a fantastic Primary School HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant) for a dynamic school in Walthamstow to provide outstanding support to children and encourage them to succeed in their education. The role is from ASAP until July with a potential to return to the school in the new academic year on a permanent basis for the right candidate.

The ideal Primary School HLTA:

* Experience teaching/covering lessons for Primary School Children.
* Able to provide Teaching Support to help towards a calm atmosphere in the classroom.
* A high passion and enthusiasm for supporting and encouraging all children in their educational successes.
* Flexible, trustworthy and reliable.

The Primary School HLTA role;

* A varied role of both TA and Cover Teacher duties.
* Undertake specified work with individuals, groups and whole classes under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher.
* To work with teachers to organise and support teaching and learning activities for classes.
