A fantatsic opportunity for an experience Personal Asssitant to join an international investment bank. This is a temp role with the potential to go permanent – you will need to be immediately available.

What will I be doing?

Providing support to two partners within the firm including;

* Extensive diary management
* Managing and monitoring emails, actioning emails that require immediate attention
* Organising all travel, visa arrangements, itineraries and accommodation
* Preparation and research for meetings in advance for both partners

What is the company looking for?

The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, organised and have great use of their initiative. You will have an eye for detail, be self-motivated and have great interpersonal skills. Confidence is key in this role.

Experience in a similar, fast paced environment will be advantageous.
