Location: City-based

Salary: £40,000-£48,000

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Team of 6 people ranging from Director to Associate level.

Key duties:

* Acting as the first point of contact for the team
* Inbox and diary management
* Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
* Client liasion
* Project coordination
* Processing expenses

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

* Minimum 2 years experience as a PA/EA
* Previous experience supporting multiple people within finance or professional services
* Highly competent working to tight deadlines and in a super demanding and fast-paced environment
