What would I be doing day to day?

Who will I be reporting into: HR Director

Job Title: Performance Management (PM) Manager

Salary: £80,000 DOE

Key duties:

* Benchmarking of positions across the organisation
* Analyse performance data
* Liaising with L&D to understand team requirements
* Ensure KPIs align with the organisations mission and values
* Liaising with Line Managers during appraisals
* Manage and communicate annual performance reviews
* Establish goals when onboarding new employees

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

* Previous Analyst or MI experience
* Experience with the implementation of a performance based programme would be beneficial
* Experience managing performance
* Confident in Excel
* Knowledge of scorecards would be highly beneficial but not essential
* Previous experience in a Finance firm
