C&C Search are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a People Manager / Talent Partner to work in a sole charge position for an internationally recognised Bio Technology organisation.

The Job:

Job Title: People Manager

Hybrid: 3 days in Office (Chelsea), 2 days WFH

Salary: £60,000

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the smooth running of all People Operations activities, as well as contributing to and leading on more strategic HR projects. Operating as a generalist across all aspects of HR, but with a keen interest and focus on talent acquisition and talent management, on an international basis.

What would I be doing day to day?

Operations activities, as well as contributing to and leading on more strategic HR projects. Operating as a generalist across all aspects of HR, but with a keen interest and focus on talent acquisition and talent

management, on an international basis.

Key duties:

* Manage the day to day People function to support growth strategy
* Develop and manage employee lifecycle people operations processes
* Lead on talent acquisition activities internationally
* Lead on or contribute to a range of varied strategic People projects, from values

and culture to talent management.

* Coach, advise and work alongside all employees and line managers, providing support across the whole spectrum of generalist HR activities
* Design, create and update any relevant internal policies, processes and documentation
* Lead the performance and development review cycle process and support with learning and development projects as required

What is the company looking for?

* 5+ years’ experience in HR
* Must have Sole charge HR/Talent Manager experience
* Must have international recruitment experience
* Must be happy to prioritise Talent Acquisition as this will be a focus with business growth
* Experience in an SME or scale-up is highly desirable
* Experience in Technology or similar Bio-tech Industry is desirable
* Hands-on attitude toward everyday administration, as well as a creativity, proactiveness and passion for implementing and delivering projects
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust and work collaboratively in a family-like organisation
