What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Chief Operating Officer

Key duties:

* You will be actively involved in all internal operations
* Active involvement in marketing-related assignments
* Aspects of office management duties, compliance and facilities
* Active involvement in HR related tasks
* Ad hoc admin support

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

* Ideally, you will have Senior Operations experience with marketing knowledge
* Previous line management experience
* Ideally experience in professional or financial services
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self Motivated to excel and progress
* An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask
* Great time management skills

Qualifications: Strong academic background preferred

Availability: Immediately Available / Short Notice
