Mechanical Site Manager
I am looking to speak with Mechanical Site Managers with experience working in the new build residential sector on high value packages of MEP to join a thriving MEP contractor with an expanding portfolio of work.
You will be from an M&E background and have previous experience of managing multiple Supervisors on high value work. Ideally from a pipefitter/welder’s background.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Conduct tool box talks
* Produce RAMS
* RFI’s
* Material Take-off’s
* Two week look ahead’s
* Liaise with the client and support the project manager at client/site meetings
* Ensure that works are being carried out to spec and to program.
A current SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is required
Perm Salary will be up to £55,000
1 month temp to perm contract – 270pd (CIS).
