C&C Search is actively seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client on a 3/6 month contract basis initially.
This company has an amazing culture, are growing rapidly and put their clients (boutique finance firms) at the forefront of everything they do.
Salary: £50,000-£60,000
Hybrid: 4/1
Location: City of London
USP: this is an amazing working environment with a close knit and fun team, they are growing consistently and the sky is the limit (sounds like a cliché – but this role means it), a lot of the team have spent a majority of their career with the business.
* Work with senior leadership team to scope out, plan and implement integrated campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads
* Co-ordinate the production of a range of marketing materials, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, insights and other relevant material and build campaigns to maximise reach
* Own CRM and marketing automation, including producing regular email communications
* Oversee execution of marketing strategy and build reports to track key metrics
* Manage digital channels and optimise content
* Keep website and socials up to date and continuously improve user experience and engagement
* Identify appropriate speaking and conference engagements for the team
* Manage the relationship with trade press, submitting articles and ideas
* Plan and manage the marketing budget
About you:
* 5-7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, 2 years as manager would be ideal
* We are looking for people from professional services, consulting or financial services
* Experience using Hubspot is essential
* Track record of leading, managing and executing on (traditional and digital) marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders, deadlines and budgets
* Excellent project management skills including project managing a variety of client engagement activities including an annual event
* Social media experience in B2B context, picture/video editing software to support content creation
* Experience in updating website via a CMS, Wordpress preferred
