Marketing Manager Charity Permanent

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a not for profit membership organisation in the engineering space, this is a generalist role in a brilliant team, mostly remote.

They do thinks like videos, events, email campaigns, industry podcasts and new products soon.

Salary: £45,000-£50,000

Hybrid: yes, 1 day a week in the office in central London

Hours: 9am-5pm

USP: you will be working with a brilliant team of 7 producing great events and marketing for the charity operating across the UK supporting working people in their industry.

Duties:

* Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies for the business
* Create and uphold company stylebook, brand, voice, social media etc
* Manage marketing budget and deadlines.
* Line manage two others (They have 3rd graphic support)
* Stakeholder management
* Support all marketing and communications across events, fundraising, podcasts, digital campaigns socials, videos etc. help bring them in to the 21st century
* Reporting, ‘ and ROI

About you:

* You are a generalist marketer with experience of end-to-end campaigns, digital and genuinely love getting stuck in with colleagues to get the job done
* Experience in the third sector or membership would be ideal
* Some one who has dealt with strategy, budgets, and working in a small team
* A great communicator with a love of storytelling, increasing engagement and working in a team
