What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting:
Key duties:
* Managing complex diaries and inboxes.
* Booking extensive travel arrangements.
* Liaising directly with clients and arranging client meetings.
* Managing expenses and invoices.
* Ad hoc support to Marketing team.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience:
* Ideally you have 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar administrative position (legal, professional services).
* Ideally, you have a secretarial qualification.
* Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office (incl. Word & PowerPoint).
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
* Solutions driven and collaborative individual.
* Great time management skills.
* An individual that is self-sufficient and can take own initiative.
