Position: Legal Administrartor working with Legal Counsels

Salary: £40000 – £50000

Key responsibilities for this Legal Administrative position:

* Managing the legal process for each client/case including opening and closing, conflict checks and KYC processes as well as invoicing and payments
* Building excellent relationships with clients, supporting business development, preparing presentations and formatting documents
* Attending client meeting, taking minutes and ensuring actions are delegated and completed

What background and experience are the company looking for?

* Excellent MS Office, typing and good commercial awareness
* Effective client relationship skills with previous legal experience
* Proactive, bags of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
