LAND BUYER – CHESTERFIELD – PERMANENT ROLE

I am currently recruiting a Land Buyer for a leading UK house builder to join their team in Chesterfield. To assist in the delivery of the Region’s land acquisition to meet the Region’s business plan and future growth requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company who pride themselves on building top quality homes to the highest standards.

They key requirements will be to assist in land acquisition and procurement to meet the Region’s business plan. To source and secure land effectively for the immediate, short and medium term via the development of agent contacts; planning leads, methods of formal and informal tender and ‘off market’ land procurement. With the approval of the Senior Land Manager/Land Director produce and present land offers and negotiate best possible terms.

£33k to £38k salary plus package.
