Junior Architectural technician required for a luxury developer who have been established in and around London for 20 years. In the market place they have one of the best names in the industry. Their projects are all bespoke large luxury housing projects. This role is quite close to Epsom and you must drive

Job requirements include:

* Providing assistance to the Technical Department
* Preparing detailed construction drawings
* Helping to progress concept designs through to detailed technical drawing packages

THIS IS A TECHNICAL DETAILING ROLE USING AUTOCAD–NOT A DESIGN ROLE

Attention to detail is the absolutely crucial quality to have in this role. Good interpersonal skills are vital. Residential experience in a STRICT requirement
