What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: HR/ Project Coordinator
Location: This is a hybrid role across 3 locations: Central London (1-day per week) + Bedfordshire Office (2-days per week), working from home (2-days per week)
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum
As a HR / Project Coordinator, you will be supporting the Director of People & Culture, Talent & Brand, on a diverse range of tasks. Your responsibilities include, and are not limited to support on: Recruitment, HR, Projects, Events and Communications! This is a role for someone who loves diversity in their day to day, and perhaps is looking to find their career path, to go down on of these routes in their next organisation.
General responsibilities:
Varied Administration, coordination and ad hoc support across:
* Projects
* Recruitment
* Human Resources
* Internal and external events
* Communications
What is the company looking for?
* 2.5+ years’ work experience within project coordination, HR/Recruitment and/or events!
* Tertiary education is preferred
* First class interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships.
* Curious and Ambitious mindset, problem solver and forward thinker
* Ability to be highly organised and manage competing demands
* A champion of positive workplace culture, collaboration and supporting a growing business
* Competent in MS Office packages
