What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:

* Creating and maintaining the integrity of company documents and procedures, as well as updating contracts and the company handbook
* Working closely with external team, the Operations team, and the CEO
* Ensuring compliance of employment laws and regulations globally
* In charge of Visa sponsorships and issues
* Carrying out global employee onboarding
* Administering and executing sensitive tasks and giving guidance to staff and management for such issues
* Supervising the disciplinary processes, formal grievances, and investigations

What is the company looking for?

* Should have experience and knowledge of UK employment laws
* HR documentation and updating experience is required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to computer literacy in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under pressure
* Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude work ethic
* CIPD level 3 or 5 is desirable
* Experience with working in SME is desirable
