Working on behalf of a large construction company in their FM division, they are recruiting for a Helpdesk Operative for an initial 3 month contract in the South of London.
– Experience using Maximo (ideally) but Concept and VNexus will also be accepted
– Typical helpdesk duties to include the raising of roles
– Following up on outstanding jobs with subcontractors and engineers
– Ensuring SLAs are met
– Directing calls appropriately
– Other administrative duties as directed by the management
– Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
– 40 hours per week – 08:00 – 17:00
– Proficient with MS Office
– Professional environment
– Rate advertised is PAYE
