Position: 12 month FTC, part-time, 25 hours per week.

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

* Managing and overseeing a team of 3, coaching and managing the development of the team. Motivating and engaging the team.
* Overseeing the continuous development and implementation of the HR strategy and projects, inline with the company’s long-term objectives.
* Leading and developing the people strategy and working closely with the exec committee.
* Employee relations, policies and procedures, employee engagement, supervising recruitment, learning & development, performance appraisals.
* Communicating with the whole company, you will be a key member of the decision-making process regarding employee communication and working closely with senior management.

What is the company looking for?

* Previous experience in a Senior HR position, managing a team.
* Previous experience in Tech is desirable, but not essential.
* Experience having a strategic approach and overseeing/managing HR projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between different departments across the organisation.
