C&C Search are seeking a Head of Communications to join an established and well recognised global Private Equity Firm who have experienced a period of growth.
Salary: £90,000-130,000 + package, DoE

Development possibility: we are seeking an entrepreneurial mind with PE experience, there are short lines of communication though they are a large firm – and they are always keen to try something new. This function has been developing in the past few years and this is a chance for someone to take the opportunity and run with it.
* Day to day management of the company’s website, focusing on content updates, ensuring the content is in line with brand strategy.
* Editorial duties across print and thought leadership, managing the content calendar.
* Project management of quarterly, annual reports and sustainability materials.
* Email campaigns. You will be creating strong briefs and working closely with multiple teams to deliver professional and effective emails
* Day to day management of social media, with external agency
* Events, such as of regular webinars/ in person event schedules, assisting with AGM’s.
* Content & Copy creation, Press releases.
* Lots of cross over with IR and Marketing
About you:
* You have 5 years + experience of communications/marketing in a Private Equity firm
* You have great media relationships and writing skills
* You are open to an environment without processes and rules, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are keen to make your won mark and think outside of the box.
* You have strong project management skills
* You have incredible stakeholder management
