Handyman Yardman

Anderselite require 1x Handyperson/Yardperson for a 12 month contract in Oxford.

Rate negotiable depending on experience, starting at £11ph direct PAYE.

Duties include:

* Cleaning of toilets canteen and office
* Loading and unloading van/lorries
* Taking deliveries and storing materials in container and office
* Setting up, maintaining and removing heras and pedestrian fencing
* Maintaining site compound and small welfare units on site.
* Small other duties deemed necessary from time to time

Looking for someone reliable and trustworthy.

Must have CSCS and basic hand tools.

Will need a CV/Cover letter and references of previous work.
