Growth Marketing Manager FTC remote Permanent

C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Fixed Term Contract Growth Marketing Manager position for a scaling luxury lifestyle brand.

FLEX PART TIME OR FULL TIME – FULLY REMOTE – GROWTH MARKETING SKILLS ESSENTIAL

Salary: £60-75,000 DoE

Type of role: this is a maternity cover until May, full or part time welcome

Hours: flex over 5 days a week, Fully Remote

USP: this is an exciting luxury fitness and lifestyle brand, you will be their 5th member of staff with intention to skyrocket their socials, engagement and marketing.

Duties:

Working closely with the director and communications lead and 3rd party SEO company, you will:

* Develop, implement and execute our marketing strategy for 2023/24
* Organic and paid social, email campaigns (with copywriter support) and manage marketing calendar
* Actively help the brand grow, Identify growth opportunities etc
* Actively review and suggest improvements to our customer journey and
* Improvement of customer loyalty
* Report on our marketing KPIs/analytics
* Drive mailing list subscriptions increase number of enquiries and sales:
* Work with our Social Media Manager to implement and execute social campaigns
* Deliver paid social (Meta) and paid search (Google) campaigns with the help of the
* team
* Work with our SEO expert to fortify our web presence
* Coordinate and manage their marketing resource: copywriter, designer, web developer
* and web designer.
* Be our brand guardian

About you:

* You have a great positive attitude and a passion for exercise and lifestyle brands likes this!
* You are a self starter, nothing stops you and your ideas/goals!
* You have experience in growing paid media channels (paid social, ppc)
* You have experience in growing affiliates, and acquisition-focused partnerships.
* You have experience in growing businesses via online communities.
* You have experience in email marketing, CRM and other tools needed to maximise performance
* Experience in a hands on start-up would be ideal
