Gas Design Officer

I have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Design Officer to join a well-established Multi-Utility Infrastructure Provider based in the West Midlands.

The Design Officer will be responsible for designing mains replacement, diversions and governor replacement projects. You will be liaising with highway agencies and other 3rd parties as well as undertaking site surveys to support project designs.

Experience required:

* A degree in an appropriate technical discipline

* Chartered Engineer status

* An HNC/HND in Engineering

* Good attention to detail

* Planning and organisational skills

Desirable experience:

* Previous Gas Industry design experience

* Professional Accreditation – IGEM

* Gas Industry Operation Experience and IT literate
