This high growth and dynamic challenger bank are seeking a number of Finance Business Partners to join there finance function in newly created roles. Reporting to the Director of FP&A you will be responsible for being a conduit between finance and the business, helping to ensure high quality financial decisions are made.

The successful candidates will start with a blank slate and will be able to develop and shape their roles in a way that they see as fit. You will be tasked with providing forward looking, insight and challenge and you will add value through delivering business and commercial insights. In order to be able to do this, you will develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, you will have oversight of the balance sheet and be responsible for PNL management. You will also be responsible for creating and presenting key management information.

In order to be successful, you will be a qualified accountant with 5-7 years’ experience within a commercial environment such as management accounts, fp&a or business partnering. You will ideally come from a financial services background, and exposure / knowledge of; credit cards, lending and retail banking is highly desirable, as is advanced excel knowledge.
