Experienced Architectural Technician Permanent

Busy Gloucestershire Practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with several years UK experience for their Communities and Living team. They are looking for a talented and motivated Technologist/ Technician who is interested in working on a range of projects based in their Gloucestershire office.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate both relevant technical experience and a flair for design in addition to an ability to develop projects from feasibility, planning and working drawings through to completion. Essential skills will include;

* A passion for Architecture

* Knowledge of industry standards

*Advanced competency in Vectorworks or ArchiCAD software

* Full driving license

The role will need this individual to have a good understanding of Uk Building Regulations, working drawings and detailing.
