What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting:
CEO in the main and supporting his 12 direct reports in a smaller capacity (meeting coordination)
Diary management, meeting coordination, in-box support, travel arrangements. Insurance payments, monthly expenses, time sheet consolidation, employment contracts. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint are needed for this position.
What makes this position great?
This is a brand new role for a self-motivated EA who wants to make this role their own.
What is the company looking for:
Background and experience:
5 – 10 years experience supporting a senior Director or C-Suite and direct reports. Good user knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must-have. A good head for numbers as you will be looking at time sheets and consolidating financial reports (full training will be given). Some experience of implementing automated systems would be a real advantage.
Availability: Notice period up to 1 month is fine. The role is available to start straight away.
