What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: Entry Level Recruitment Advisor

Salary: £45,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

* Overall responsibility for the summer internship programme
* Primary contact for all intern queries, escalating to entry level recruitment manager when necessary
* Assist in planning for the milkround campus season.
* Attending recruitment events at different target universities to promote the company’s opportunities
* Have own relationships with target schools, ensuring the company is well represented on campus
* Co-host interview days, responsible for collating all feedback post interview.
* Assisting with queries directly from candidates
* Work closely with partners and consultants involved in recruiting
* Supporting the offer process including preparing contracts

What is the company looking for?

* 2-3 years experience in Entry Level Recruitment is desirable, ideally within a Professional Services environment
* A flexible approach, as well as a proactive team player
* Self-starter who is dedicated to learning and driven to excel
* Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
