The Role:

Job Title: Early Careers Advisor

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Location: London

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

* Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the firm’s Apprenticeship programme
* Lead the attraction process: media marketing and managing relationships with schools and external foundations
* Manage the end to end selection and recruitment process via screening CVs and running assessment days and partnering with relevant stakeholders
* Work closely with wider recruitment team on DEI strategies
* Monitor and manage the academic progress for apprentices and work closely with the L&D function to ensure relevant trainings and courses are maintained
* Partake in ongoing pastoral support throughout the apprenticeship from onboarding through to supporting with ER and organise social events for cohorts

What is the company looking for?

* 4+ years’ experience in Early Careers, HR or L&D in a legal or professional services sector
* Management of an Apprenticeship scheme is essential
* Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and build networks quickly
* Creative thinker and project-driven individual
