What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting a team.

Key duties:

* Very heavy diary management for a team of Partners.
* International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
* Dealing with expenses and invoices.
* Assisting with event organisation.
* Ad hoc admin responsibilities.

What is the company looking for?

* Ideally you have demonstrated experience working in management consultancy or executive search.
* Previous EA experience supporting a team.
* Ability to work in a challenging, pressured environment, with a resilient mindset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
* Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Great time management skills.
